Ezekiel Garcia

Mr. Ezequiel Garcia is the head of the laboratory Chocokiel. He creates the recipes and makes the pralines himself. He studied at the hotel school in Madrid, the CFC as a pastry chef, and was a confectioner in Leysin following numerous specialized training courses in chocolate from Spain and Switzerland. His dream since he was 4 years old was to produce chocolate in Switzerland!
